Friday, January 17, 2003 After Mike's run-in with Henry at Java Underground yesterday, he's upset and Molly can tell. She asks Jack if he knows what's up and he tells her about the almost-fight. Molly guesses it's because Henry broke into her apartment a few months ago, but Jack seems to think it's something more recent. He convinces Molly not to do or say anything about the situation and promises her that he'll help Mike.
Jack calls Mike and asks him to meet him at the police station. When Mike gets there he finds Henry. He asks him what he's doing there and Henry responds, "The police requested my presence here so here I am. Believe me, I'm no happier to be here than you are to see me, so as soon as I'm sprung, you'll see me no more." Mike asks why the police want to talk to him, and Henry says he wishes he knew. Mike threatens Henry that if he said anything to Jack about him and Carly... But Henry insists he hasn't, he wouldn't, it didn't even cross his mind. He offers to stand over in the corner away from Mike. "Not so fast," says Jack. He tells Mike and Henry that he needs to talk to them, and invites them into the interrogation room. Mike: If you said anything to jack about me and Carly, I swear to -- Henry: Look, I wouldn't, okay? I didn't. Never even crossed my mind. Look, I'm gonna go stand over there, okay? So you'll never even know I'm here. Jack: That won't be necessary, Henry. Of you. If you'll step inside, gentlemen?
