Today's show opens with Henry in a bathrobe with a bowl of whipped cream.  He comes out of the kitchen calling, "You out of the shower yet, sexy? I thought of a new use for whipped cream."  Katie comes downstairs and Henry is disappointed to find she's dressed.  "Well, I didn't want to cause a ruckus on main street. Mmm. I'll be right back," says Katie, putting a dab of cream on Henry's nose.  Henry asks her where she's going and she answers, "Well, I was thinking about something that you said while I was in the shower."  "Oh, really? I said a lot of things, but I'm sure I wasn't foolish enough to say, 'get dressed and leave me,'" says Henry.  "I'm not leaving you. I'll be right back. But I was thinking that I needed to do something about this Mike and Jennifer thing," says Katie.  "What -- what do you mean Mike and Jennifer thing?" asks Henry.  "Well, it's obvious from what you said that the only thing standing in their way is my brother," says Katie.  "I said that?" asks Henry.  "I figured it out. Anyway, I'm going to go talk to him, okay?" says Katie, heading for the door.  "Talk to Mike?" worries Henry.  "Henry, you've got to stop thinking that all roads lead to Mike. I'm here. We're married," says Katie.  "Yeah. Okay. Fine, we love each other, right? So why don't you tell me where you're going?" asks Henry.  Katie tells him she's going to see Craig, and Henry says that's not a good idea.  "Well, I'll take my chances. I'll call you on my way home, okay?" says Katie.  "No, no, wait a second. I absolutely -- no. You know what? As your husband, I can't let you do that," says Henry.

"You want a delicious waffle?" offers Henry as they head back inside.  "Why can't I talk to my brother about Mike and Jennifer?" asks Katie.  "No one's saying you can't talk to your brother. I just thought, you know, with Jennifer working for him at Street Jeans, that it might be a conflict of interest. That's all," says Henry.  "Conflict of interest?" asks Katie suspiciously.  "Yeah, with you being her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend's -- sister of the boss, you know?" says Henry.  "And -- and that she's a redhead. You know, they're temperamental and they're edgy and they're -- meow, meow, meow, meow, meow. So, I thought, maybe she may not like it. And then she'll get mad at you, and by extension, she would get mad at me. And then Mike and I couldn't play golf," fibs Henry.  "Golf," asks Katie.  "Miniature golf. That's right," says Henry, turning away.  "Is this how it's going to be? You keeping things from me and then lying about it? I thought that we only did that to other people, Henry. I thought we were closer than that," says Katie.  "We are. We are close," agrees Henry.  "Then talk to me," says Katie.  "I don't want things to change. Everything's so perfect. I never had that before," worries Henry.  "You need to trust me, please," says Katie.  "Okay, all right. Look, you know when I was sneaking around here, pretending that I was off in New York getting these tests done? I saw Jennifer come out of Craig's room," explains Henry.  "They work together," says Katie.  "She was a mess, Katie. She was struggling back into her top like people do when they're dressing in a hurry," says Henry.  Suddenly Katie understands and her jaw drops in shock.

"Jennifer was M.I.A. that morning. You were helping Mike look for her, because she hadn't come home after the Metro party," Henry reminds her.  "Right, right. Okay, wait, hold on -- you're telling me that that whole time Jennifer was upstairs with Craig, because -- they'd slept together?" asks Katie.  "Yeah, yeah. So you see now why you cannot talk to Craig," says Henry.  "No, of course not," agrees Katie.  "Good. Okay, good you know what? There's some whipped cream on the waffles, baby," says Henry.  "Why would she sleep with Craig if she has Mike?" wonders Katie.  "I don't know. I don't know. Don't make me feel sorry for Craig. I'm saving all my sympathy for myself," says Henry.  "And he doesn't know, right? Mike doesn't know? That's horrible. He's living with a woman who's cheating on him," says Katie, disgusted.  "Well, I can think of worse scenarios," says Henry.  Katie asks him to name one.  Henry names two, "Ah, living with a woman who doesn't love you, living with a woman who loves someone else."  "We've gotta tell him, Henry. We've gotta tell him," insists Katie.  "No. No, no, no. That is not our responsibility," says Henry.  "He's our friend," Katie reminds him.  "He's your ex-boyfriend," counters Henry.  "What does that have to do with anything?" asks Katie.  "Bubbles -- honey, think about it. Why would I not want Mike to know something that might make him single, and vulnerable and desperately attractive? Three guesses," says Henry.

"You think that if we tell Mike about Jennifer..." says Katie.  "You know Mike. He's Mr. Honorable, and he'll break up with her, and -- and he probably should do that, and part of me wants to tell him myself. But part of me..." begins Henry.  "Is afraid that he'll want me back," finishes Katie.  "Right, and that you'll want him. And don't tell me I'm an idiot for thinking that, Kathryn, because you know I'm not," says Henry.  "I'm not gonna tell you what to think or what to feel. But you have to keep reminding yourself of something. I'm happy, Henry. I love our life, and you have to trust in that, or it's not gonna work. You're gonna be scared all the time, and I'm going to feel like I'm under house arrest, so just have a little faith, okay? Please, for me? I know it's gonna take a little while, but I'll just have to show you what I mean," says Katie.  "It's not up to you," sighs Henry.  Katie kisses him and then asks if he believes her.  "Yeah, yeah. I'm just -- yeah. I'll just..." stammers Henry.  "Remind you again?" asks Katie, kissing him.  "Yeah. I'm going to need a refresher course every now and then. Go. Go. Do what you have to do. Go. Before this wears off, run. Go," says Henry.  "Okay, okay, okay. I'm gonna go talk to Mike. Break it to him as gently as I can -- I don't know how I'm going to do that. But then I'm gonna come home to my husband. Okay? And don't call me on my cell, or worry, or follow me, or anything, okay?" says Katie.  "Okay," agrees Henry.  "Okay. Watch the poker channel and I'll be back before you can say 'whipped cream,'" promises Katie.

Katie shows up and Mike's cottage and Jennifer answers the door.  Katie asks for Mike, and Jennifer says that he's out and it's not a good time.  "Really? And why is that? Because you're sleeping with my brother? How could you do that to Mike?" accuses Katie.
