Tom and Margo have rescued a drugged up Henry from Deerbrook hospital.  Margo takes him to Mike's cottage to talk about the Pilar situation.  Margo asks if the coffee is ready and Mike says it will be in a minute.  "Well, I need two sugars with some cream, and maybe a little cinnamon on the top," mumbles Henry.  Margo and Mike lead him over to the couch and Mike asks when the sedative will wear off.  "He's coming around. I don't know. He was babbling something in the car. I don't know what he was saying," says Margo.  "She's not crazy, okay? You hear me, America? Katie is not crazy," pronounces Henry.  "That was it," says Margo.

Margo gives Henry a cup of coffee and asks him if he's feeling better.  "Oh, this coffee tastes like it was filtered through a dirty sock," complains Henry.  "Yeah, it might have been," agrees Margo.  "Oh, oh. You poor man. You poor man. But, you know, don't worry. Because I'm going to..." Henry pauses mid-sentence and stares off into space.  "Hello. What was I talking about?" he asks deliriously.  "Drink some more of that coffee. You have to tell us what you found out while you were in Deerbrook," orders Mike.  "Right, right. Yes. What I found out. Everything that Katie said about Pilar was true," says Henry.  "Meaning what?" asks Mike.  "Meaning that Pilar has been fooling everyone in Oakdale except for Katie," says Henry.  "Well, Henry, the problem with that theory is that Katie was spouting all sorts of theories, every one of them was wrong," says Margo.  "Yeah, and did you notice that nobody was around when any of that stuff happened? I mean, come on. Doesn't that strike you as a tad suspicious?" asks Henry.  "Look, I know you love Katie. We all do. But I mean - she physically attacked Pilar. I saw it," says Mike.  "Yeah, you saw what Pilar wanted you to see. She was setting Katie up to make her look bad," explains Henry.  "That is exactly what Katie claimed. But again, all these wild accusations were coming out," says Margo.  "So she's guilty until proven innocent? You know, I expected a lot more from you," says Henry.  "Now wait a minute. Back up. I've spent half my life just rescuing..." Margo defends herself.  Mike says he's tired of arguing and asks if Henry has any proof that Katie has been telling the truth.  "Yes. When I broke out of the not-so-funny farm, I went down to see Russ Terry in jail. And he all but told me that he and Pilar had been plotting against you and Katie from the beginning," says Henry.

Mike is pacing around the room, uncomfortable with what he's hearing.  "Take it from me, Pilar is not the sweetheart that she makes herself out to be. She showed up at the Deerbrook with a picture of you two in the sack," says Henry.  "Well. Mike, I'm sorry. That's what Katie claimed, too. And just to be sure, I checked the visitor's log. And indeed, Pilar was there. And my guess is she didn't tell you about it? She wasn't bringing flowers," says Margo.  Mike looks very confused and unhappy.

Margo and Mike reluctantly agree that maybe Katie was right all along.  Margo plans to look at Pilar's case again to see if she can find any holes.  Henry suggests getting a statement from Russ.  "Well, I'm not gonna take the word of a lowlife who'd do anything to get out of a holding cell. Until I have proof, let's just not say anything to anybody, all right?" cautions Margo.  Mike worries that Katie is in danger.  Margo says she'll ask Dr. Michaels to limit Katie's visitors so Pilar can't get to her.  "I don't want Katie spending another night in that place," says Henry.  "Well, neither do I. But at least it's secure, and it's the safest place that Katie can be right now," says Margo.  Mike tells them they should leave before Pilar gets back.  Margo asks Henry if he can walk.  "There's only one way to find out, isn't there?" says Henry as he tentatively stands up.  "Look at that, I'm fully recovered!" he says.  They start to walk towards the door and his knees buckle.  Margo catches him and helps him back on his feet.  "I'm good, man. I'm good. I'm okay," he assures them.

Margo and Henry walk into the police station.  "Can you just hang out here for about two minutes and then I'll drive you home?" asks Margo, checking her messages.  "It's not home without Katie. Little Snickers must be so sad," mourns Henry.  "You know what, Henry? You're a really good friend. There aren't many people who'd get themselves committed for someone else," observes Margo.  "I didn't know what else to do. I even put an ad in the personals of Soldier of Fortune magazine. 'Simon come home. Katie needs you,'" says Henry sadly.

Meanwhile, back at Deerbrook, Sergeant Musgrove tells Katie about the  man who is watching her and asking about her.  She sees him outside the window and tries to tell the doctor about it, but he thinks she's hallucinating.  When she refuses to take her pills, he has her restrained and injected with a sedative.  As it begins to take effect, she thinks she sees the man outside the window again, and it's Simon!  "Maybe I have lost my mind," she mumbles.

Today’s episode was directed by Michael Eilbaum and written by Craig Heller.

Transcripts from TVMegasite

Margo: Hey, you got that coffee made?

Mike: Yeah, it will be ready in a minute.

Henry: Well, I need two sugars with some cream, and maybe a little cinnamon on the top.

Margo: Let's get him down.

Mike: Any idea how long before the sedative wears off?

Margo: He's coming around. I don't know. He was babbling something in the car. I don't know what he was saying.

Henry: She's not crazy, okay? You hear me, America? Katie is not crazy.

Margo: That was it.

Margo: Okay, okay. How's that? There you go. There you go. You feeling a little more awake?

Henry: Oh, this coffee tastes like it was filtered through a dirty sock.

Margo: Yeah, it might have been.

Henry: Oh, oh. You poor man. You poor man. But, you know, don't worry. Because I'm going to -- hello. What was I talking about?

Mike: Drink some more of that coffee. You have to tell us what you found out while you were in Deerbrook.

Henry: Right, right. Yes. What I found out. Everything that Katie said about Pilar was true.

Margo: That is exactly what Katie claimed. But again, all these wild accusations were coming out.

Henry: So she's guilty until proven innocent? You know, I expected a lot more from you.

Margo: Now wait a minute. Back up. I've spent half my life just rescuing --

Mike: All right. We're not gonna argue about this. Do you have any proof that what Katie's been saying is true?

Henry: Yes. When I broke out of the not-so-funny farm, I went down to see Russ Terry in jail. And he all but told me that he and Pilar had been plotting against you and Katie from the beginning.

Henry: Take it from me, Pilar is not the sweetheart that she makes herself out to be. She showed up at the Deerbrook with a picture of you two in the sack.

Margo: All right, well, it still doesn't prove anything, but it does appear that Katie --

Mike: Everything Katie said was right.

Margo: I wouldn't go that far. I am going to look into the case again, and see if I can find any holes in Pilar's story.

Henry: Maybe we can get a statement from Russ Terry.

Margo: Well, I'm not gonna take the word of a lowlife who'd do anything to get out of a holding cell. Until I have proof, let's just not say anything to anybody, all right?

Mike: What about Katie? If what Henry says is right, she could be in danger.

Margo: I'll call dr. Michaels, I'll have her visitations restricted, that way Pilar or anybody else who wants to get in will not be allowed.

Henry: I don't want Katie spending another night in that place.

Margo: Well, neither do I. But at least it's secure, and it's the safest place that Katie can be right now.

Mike: Look, you two should get out of here, Pilar will be back any minute.

Margo: All right. Call me in the morning. Are you okay to walk now?

Henry: There's only one way to find out, isn't there? Look at that, I'm fully recovered.

Margo: All right. All right.

Henry: I'm good, man. I'm good. I'm okay.
