Transcripts from TVMegasite [ Transcript missing about Henry looking for Brad in the hallway at the Lakeview, and instead finding Barbara. ]
Barbara: Here. Drink this. Henry: It's like a triple. Barbara: Yes, it is. [Henry groans] Barbara: Better? Good. Then tell me something. Besides stalking hallways and talking to yourself, are you doing anything to relieve all this tension that you're feeling? Henry: You mean like exercise? Barbara: Yes, like exercise. Henry: No, not -- not really. Barbara: You know -- oh, my. You're like -- you're like a brick wall in there. Henry: Yeah, it's -- it's a little blocked up back there. Barbara: Wow! I'm just so surprised, 'cause, you know, it wasn't that long ago that you were so free, so open, so adventurous. Henry: It feels like a lifetime ago. Barbara: Sense memory can be a very powerful tool, Henry. [Knock on door] Barbara: Shucks. Henry: I'm sorry. Uh, are you -- are you expecting someone? Barbara: No. No, I'm not. I'm going to ignore that door completely. Henry: Yeah, actually, you know, it could be something important. I think we should do ahead and check on it. [Clears throat] Mick: Henry Coleman. Henry: Do I know you? Mick: Mick Dante. And I know you from TV. Barbara: Mr. Dante, my friend and I were in the middle of something. Henry: Actually, Barbara, it's -- it's fine. I -- I have something to do. Um, uh, thank you so much for the drink, though. Mick: Bad timing?
Maddie: What makes you think that I know what's going on in Alison's head? Hunter: Why are you mad at me? Maddie: Why do you think that I want to help you with her? Man. Oh, save me, save me.& Henry: What, who, from hunter? Maddie: Yeah. He's clueless, about everything. Henry: Uh, doesn't he like that whole virtual-reality, online stuff, just like you do? Maddie: Yeah, but I have a life out here. He doesn't. Henry: Don't you two get it on online? Maddie: "Get it on"? What are you, like 100? Henry: Well? Maddie: Well, please. No, our avatars connect online, but that's it. Out here, me, him, no, no. And I'm with Casey anyway. Henry: Really? Maddie: Mm-hmm. Henry: Well, I haven't seen him around. Maddie: He's busy. Henry: Uh-huh. Okay. If you're sure, I'm sure. Maddie: I am, thanks. Henry: So, the, um, virtual-reality love-in -- there's no crossover? Maddie: No, hmm-mm, no. That would kind of be like having one foot here and one foot in the afterlife, you know? Henry: Yeah, yeah, I do.
Henry: Hello. Barbara: Hello. I'm sorry. We were interrupted earlier. Henry: It's okay. Barbara: You left so quickly, I didn't even get a chance to invite you to dinner. Henry: Barbara -- Barbara: You know, I just want to make you feel better, like I did earlier. Henry: Barbara, we need to talk. Barbara: Please. There's nothing heavy about a dinner invitation. Henry: It is heavy for us. Look, I think you're beautiful, and you're very, very desirable, okay? Barbara: But I'm also too old for you? Henry: No, no. You're too close. You're my brother's mother. Barbara: So this is about a mommy complex? Oh, dear god. [Henry stammers] Henry: Look, I'm a mess right now, okay? I can't even begin to think about anything even resembling a relationship. Barbara: I see. Henry: No, everything I said is true. You are very, very sexy, and I am a complete mess. Barbara: And I have my answer. Henry: You do hear me though, right? Barbara: Loud and clear, Henry.
