ATWT Fan Club Luncheon The As the World Turns Fan Club was held at the Marriott Marquis at Times Square in New York City. This was my 5th luncheon, and we were in a different room than the past 4 years. The 6h floor ballroom was beautifully decorated.
Kendra and I passed out Henry tattoos designed by Sunny, which were a big hit for the second year in a row. Here are a few examples:
After a delicious lunch and the raffle of many great ATWT items, a tape of hilarious bloopers from the show was shown on a big screen. Everyone enjoyed it, including hosts Michael Park (Jack) and Martha Byrne (Lily), who stood by the stage and watched it.
After the bloopers, Michael and Martha introduced the actors.
The first to be introduced were the adorable Cassidy Hinkle (Faith), Giovanni Cimmino (Parker), and Alyssa Diaz (Celia).
Then Martha said, "Let's throw them a bone." She introduced Mark Collier (Mike), followed by the other members of the love quadrangle, Jennifer Ferrin (Jennifer), Terri Colombino (Katie), and Trent Dawson (Henry). As usual, Trent got the largest ovation of the day. They might need to change the name of the show to "Everybody Loves Henry."
The Oakdale teen set were introduced, including the very cool Jennifer Landon (Gwen), Zach Roerig (Casey), and Jake Weary (Luke).
Next were Jessica Dunphy (Alison), Jesse Sofer (Will), Liz Hubbard (Lucinda), and Jon Hensley (Holden). Last but not least, Anthony Herrera (James), Marie Masters (Susan), and Maura West (Carly).
