Misalliance Pre-Show Reception for Trent's Fans
Center Stage is in the Mount Vernon Cultural District of Baltimore, less than a mile from the beautiful Inner Harbor. The theater is in an old brick building (the entrance is under the awning in the center of the photo below). It was an unusually warm day for November in Baltimore, clear skies and in the 70s.
The reception was scheduled to begin at noon, followed by the show at 2. Sixty people had RSVPed for the reception! Baltimore has a huge ATWT fan base and many of them showed up, along with a few out-of-towners from the Fan Club. My "assistant" Kendra and I showed up a little early to help set up but there wasn't much left to do. We took the elevator up to the 6th floor rehearsal studio where there was a beautiful spread of food and drinks. The people at the theater did an excellent job planning the reception!
Around noon the guest of honor arrived and people started to trickle in. Trent spent the first hour mingling with the fans - chatting, signing autographs, and taking pictures
Soon, another guest of honor arrived - Peyton List (Lucy)! Peyton used to live in Baltimore and was in town visiting a friend so she dropped by for the reception and the show. We talked to her for quite a while and she's an absolute sweetheart! She said she had been to a Halloween party at Cady McClain's (Rosanna) the night before. And while we were talking Agim Kaba (Aaron) called her on her cell phone! ATWT's new supercouple?
